On the other days I was in the gym and this week I did some speed deadlifting with 375 lbs, my back did not like it and I could not throw for the last three days. But tomorrow I'll be on the field again to throw. My shoulder is still in one piece. It is taped with kinesio tape and that helps a lot. Last two week I should minimize the risks of injury.and hopefully my body will overcompensate after this rigid trainingsphase.
Trying to make up for the 'lost' time I trained almost every day. Last week I managed to improve my heavy hammer throw again to 66 feet. Also my heavy WFD was a personal record with almost 28 feet.. With my light WFD and WFH I' m still not satisfied. Stone I'm training only very light to save the shoulder for compettiton.
