Also better control with the stone, speed and arm stretch is coming to a point. This was a short training, no more 90 throws for WFD and another 80 for stone as I did in the past....Throwing is now done routinely, every drill and turn is the same and the outcome (the distance) is predictable.
Juist another training on a very flooded field. I had not the right shoes for this condition. Nevertheless I was very pleased with this training. I corrected some arm movement and it paid out right away, Very small detail but a foot or so extra. WFD (30 lbs) around 44 feet, I decided not to remove the extra weight, should give advantage in competition.

Today some WFD and Stone put. No distance recorded, the trainingsground was flooded with water. Stiff and sore muscles. Only a few days for my first competition since september 2012.
