Last year I started preparing too late, so now I'm concentrating on a schedule. This schedule applies both to throwing and
gym training. So I should be able to target my first competition (29 May) precisely.
This year had a good start, shoulder is OK, bodyweight and strength are almost back to the level of 2011. In April it should be fully regained. I trained a couple of times on the field. No measuring, just getting the groove, well it was okay for now.
