We're doing all three exercises according to the Smolov system. This is very demanding and I can only second that. For instance I'm now benchpressing with 264 lbs for 5 reps for 10 sets. The last three sets get very heavy.We're halfway our cycle now. After the cycle I'm curious how it improved my events on the field.
