Noteworthy detail, I did no upper body exercises fo more than two months. Instead I trained legs like a beserker. My left arm is slowly improving, can't wait to throw the hammer.
This weekend was very good to me. I hit a personal record with the LWFD with 54.6 feet. Speed, timing, arm and leg movement, everything was right. Never hit this mark before. So my efforts are rewarded.

Last weekend I trained again. My trainingsmotivation is lacking because my left arm injury. It' s better, but I still can't do caber or hammer (or sheaf). It makes me very nervous, almost quitting my trainingsregime (I have not left that much time). Nevertheless I decided to improve om my WFD and I did! One throw ended at 48.6 feet and then a "lucky" throw I recorded 52 feet! Did not expect it so soon because I lacked agression and motivation. OK for now it's the best I can do. After that I did some 16 lbs stone and it was a mere 29 feet. So far on progression on throwing and my arm injury.
