My elbow is a little stiff but can be used again in power movements. So happy that I could dadlift again, I did some speed deadlifts with 400 lbs (without belt) and after the 3d rep my back made a "funny" movement. My tainingsbuddy

After deloading for two and a half weeks in Spain I resumed my training. In the gym I could bench press 300 lbs for the fist time in four months, that's OK for now .Next day on the field first time 22 lbs hammer, distance 50 feet ;-( damn, but the elbow held up again all expectations. Light Weight for Distance was 47 feet, weather was extremely hot.
Next week I will try caber for the first time again, to see if the elbow is staying in one piece. Sheaf toss is also on the program, till now I did it only once in competition so this will be a real surprise. |
