I did some Light WFD and was able to manage a throw of 42 feet. To my surprise the elbow held up very
good, but my back was the weakest link.
I did three days before some deadlifting and Friday and Saturday a lot of physical work. So there you have a stiff back
on Sunday. By now I need to tape both elbows when doing gym stuff or heavy events. BTW I lost my trainingsfield, the owner
is building a big house on this lot. I moved up some feet but there the grass is too high and the other side
too much sand. But nevertheless.... ideal for quick trainingssession.
And some food porn....quality lunch.. chicken and egg salad....half of the dish was already eaten... (by me of course).
