I stoppend with the Smolov system, now concentrating more on field throwing. Bench press ended with 5 sets of 6 reps with 300 lbs. Deadlift was 440 3 reps for 4 sets.It paid off so far. Squat was too bad, between bench and deadlift. In the meantime on the field I couldn't throw above 47 feet anymore with the LWFD. Heavy WFD was about 30 feet.
In 6 weeks the competion starts for me with Dutch island Terschelling.
Also now training on Stone put, caber, hammer and WFH. This weekend I will measure the distance again to see improvement.
For now I had every time muscle soreness on the field after training Smolov, especially the back and the legs.
