I ate three times a day supper in Spain, but just lost weight (I didn't train). After being back home I wanted to practice WFD but I was "untrained" and hurt my back, therefore my back issue.
Now getting back in shape again. The games I competed in had only the 56 lbs WFD, damn. Well one positive thing was I did open stone with spinning technique in competition, for the first time in my life, not bad.(thanks to Raynor). I'll practice it to give it some more power and speed.
My 28 lbs WFD is this year (till now) a mere 47 feet, but more like 40 feet average. Heavy hammer was not practiced this year and it sucks..... I don't have a light hammer so no reference here. Overall not real progress so far, but there are some good moths left.
