My back prevents me to do some field throwing. In the gym the movements are controlled and with low weights. Actually my bench is done with more weight than my deadlifts. Almost a month and a half now for not training properly. At least one advantage is that I have a proper deload. I can't think of competition right now, first my traning should be back on track. I'll experiment with new things. One of my problems is that in training I can explode (sometimes) whereas in competiton my turns are too slow (always), so my distance really sucks in competiton. For WFD it takes of almost 3 meters! I have not figured out how to tackle this problem.
