Deadlifting is now over 500 lbs and bench press sets with 300 lbs pretty easy. Squatting is coming up with sets of 360 lbs. I posted also a video of a deadlift training. The season is over but I'll try to improve a little bit more an keep that shape for next season. So one step at the time and not overdo things and get into trouble again....
Next season I'll be 57 and that are some fine numbers to throw, stone and hammer also improved (again).
