Next day after my LWFD training I tried hammerthrowing. I expected a no go from my shoulder, but...wonder..it worked. I did about 10 throws with the best throw of 62 feet with the 22 lbs hammer (I have only one hammer). Not bad at all. Also altered my technique here after tips from fellow throwers and using my blade shoe for stability. Try to accelerate the hammer and stretch the arms. Shoulder is still wacky and I can't do too much. So far so good.
